Travel & Lodging
The 2024 iC³ Life Science Summit will be hosted in Arlington, TX, centrally located within the vibrant Entertainment District. The event venue, Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center, offers convenient access to iconic landmarks such as the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field, the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium, the Esports Stadium Arlington & Expo Center, and much more.
Reserving a Hotel Room
Attendees of the iC³ Summit have the option to reserve a hotel room through BioNTX's room block at a special rate of $239 per night. To make a reservation or request special room arrangements, guests must call 1-800-235-6397 and ensure their reservation is under BioNTX.
Check In / Check Out
Rooms will be available for check-in at 4:00 PM on the arrival day and reserved until 11:00 AM on the departure day. Guests requiring a late checkout must inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.
Cancellations & Refunds
Please note that to confirm a reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card, which will be charged for one night's room and tax if the reservation is canceled later than 48 hours prior to the check-in date and time. Individual deposits are refundable if the hotel receives notice of cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival.
